Messages and project enquiries
The form sends your name, email address and message so we can respond and discuss possible work together. Providing these details is voluntary, but they are needed to use this form. Do not include sensitive information or unnecessary information about other people. Acceptance by the email provider does not confirm delivery to the recipient inbox.
Purposes and grounds
We handle enquiries about entering an agreement to take steps at your request before entering that agreement. Other correspondence and website security are handled for the legitimate interests of communication and protecting our services. Optional analytics runs on your consent. Analytics consent is not a condition of contacting us.
Hosting, email and scheduling
The website uses Vercel hosting and the form uses Resend to send email. These providers handle data needed to deliver those services. The meeting link opens Cal.com, a separate website with its own privacy practices. Clicking the link does not constitute a booking. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards. Contact the operator for details relevant to your enquiry.
Optional analytics
Vercel Analytics loads after you agree. Statistics may include visited pages, device type, approximate location and selected actions, such as viewing a project or opening the calendar. When custom events are enabled, we also measure starting the form and the outcome of submitting it. These events do not contain your name, email or message. We remove query parameters and fragments from page URLs. Campaigns and sources use controlled categories rather than arbitrary UTM text.
Preferences and retention
Our nearby_analytics_consent_v1 cookie stores only your granted or denied choice for 180 days. After consent and when custom events are enabled, sessionStorage may hold visit-source categories within the browser tab; rejecting analytics removes that entry. We do not create our own persistent visitor identifier. Correspondence is retained for handling the enquiry and any resulting work, and for periods justified by legal obligations or establishing and defending claims.
Changing your choice and your rights
You can change or withdraw analytics consent through the privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future measurements but does not automatically remove previously collected statistics. Contact the operator about access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection; applicable rights depend on the grounds and circumstances. You can complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. We do not use these statistics to make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
